Where are your products made?
All of our products are made in the U.S.A. We ship from Kansas.

Are your products made with archival quality materials?
Yes, we use only the best archival quality papers, mat boards and frames.

Are all of your pictures hand painted?
All of our pictures are hand painted with the exception of the Girlfriends line.

Are all of your pictures embossed?
All of our pictures are embossed with the exception of the Girlfriends line.

Some of your products say "personalized" in the description. How does that work?
You will be able to enter personalization information when you add the items that are marked "personalized" into your Shopping Cart. If you do not have that information (such as if you are buying a baby shower gift), the item you ordred will come with a form that can be mailed or faxed back to us. You fill in the information you want on the form, and we will hand personalize the appropriate portion of your artwork and send it to you. There is no extra charge for this.You can then insert it into the frame.

Do the clocks you sell run on batteries?
Yes, they run on one AA battery. Batteries not included!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your artwork is made especially for you--it is not mass-produced. We will turn an order around in 5-7 days, and depending on what type of shipping you have chosen, additional shipping time will apply. UPS Ground generally takes 3-5 days, or 2nd Day takes 2 days.
